What Are Healthy Foods?

There are many different kinds of healthy foods. Some people may not like the taste of certain healthy foods, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t healthy.

Healthy foods can be classified in many different ways. For example, you can classify healthy foods as organic, vegetarian, vegan, and even raw foods.

The type of food you eat also affects how healthy it is. Some foods are more healthy than others. You may think that white bread is healthy because it has a high amount of fiber. However, that fiber comes from wheat, which isn’t very healthy.

When you eat healthy foods, your body will function properly. It will have more energy and you won’t feel tired as easily. Your immune system will also be stronger so you will be less likely to get sick.
