What I found was shocking considering all the positive news on the use of hypnosis to stop smoking. When I polled the people I was able to discover was that women seemed to be more accepting than men on different approaches to stop a bad habit. While the majority of the women I polled leaned toward believing that hypnosis could help one to stop smoking, the women did not believe that self hypnosis would work. They will see that while you are in a deeply relaxed trance you are still in control of all that you do and that goes on around you. This will help to put a stop to some of the myths that people have about hypnosis. If you are working on particular problem or habit then blog about it after each session. One way to end a self hypnosis session is to use visualization. In this you will visualize yourself coming out of the hypnosis trance and becoming alert and functioning. Visualize yourself becoming alert, then proceed to visualize yourself standing up. From there you can visualize yourself going back to normal daily activities. As you walk toward the table that is on the path you have chosen you need to use positive messaging so that your subconscious wraps itself around this positive change. Tell yourself, "I will choose healthy foods", "I love the taste of healthy foods", "Healthy foods will give me what I want". Another way you can use self hypnosis to cut down on the expenses of a hypnosis session is to check out your local library. Your local library should have a decent collection of books and even some audio tapes you can check out. By using your library you can cut the expense down on purchasing this material. Have all team members read and memorize the positive messages that will be used during the self hypnosis session. This way all team members will know what messages to say and use during the session. Avoid using any negative words during the session. The mind will grasp onto the negative words and miss all the positive words.
