Time and attendance management is hardware and software that are designed to keep track of Job costing, floor production control, access control applications, and time and attendance management. It could be used for fingerprint verification, and other options like keypad entry, magnetic card, barcode card, proximity card and smart cards. Implementing Effective Time Management Program The success of any time management program is to challenge everything that could possibly waste time and change what can possibly be changed and start from there. Common time and effort wasters include habitual tasks, meetings especially those that are targeted at crisis management, and responsibilities that are handed down to the rank and file employees from managers. - Key result areas are to be well defined and worked on, if possible relentlessly. Poorly defined key result areas means poor progress checking and not achieving desired measures of success. - Written objectives and activities defining the right tasks at the right time must be reinforced. It may be worth the while to observe realistic cycle plans and cyclic time frames. - At the end of the day, have a to do list for the following morning and stick to it. - Use time management tolls. Different softwares are available on the net. - Attend time management programs. If your company does not sponsor these, spend a little, you will gain more. It is a misnomer to say that there is not enough time. Stress management will require a good amount of rest, if sleep is not possible immediately, you should relax 1 to 2 hours before your sleeping time. Exercise deep breathing. Get physical exercise, loosen muscles and listen to what your body is telling you. It will also be very helpful if you start re evaluating yourself and come out with a more realistic expectation. The issue of time management is a worldwide concern but not every country in the world has a culture for loving books. Another issue is that people of other cultures may be the very people who will benefit from time management most to upgrade productivity and progress but often the very same people who need it most and want it most are those who can afford it least.
