If the time that is being used by managers, as parameters to measure others are the same time that they measure on themselves, then employee time management indeed, must be reviewed if not yet implemented. As reviewing them may need time, I would just offer a few things to spot and remedy them immediately. After the training and seminars that have been attended, it then would be easier if time management is seen not as regimenting a lifestyle but that of controlling it. Because schedules can not be avoided, unpleasant tasks can not be often delayed, and the rising of efficiency and productivity is the language of today's world. When it is already almost your time to make the presentation that you painfully finished yesterday only to find out today that some materials are missing. When you have made preparations as of last week to attend a daughters recital only to be stopped today by the boss for an emergency meeting. Time management at work can pose challenges, often initially at least. The issue of time management is a worldwide concern but not every country in the world has a culture for loving books. Another issue is that people of other cultures may be the very people who will benefit from time management most to upgrade productivity and progress but often the very same people who need it most and want it most are those who can afford it least. It is performing many different tasks without a sense of getting anywhere. In these instances, pressure mounts and the anxiety is heightened. Confidence Knowing that a task is undertaken and well done results to approval. Effective people are confident knowing their worth and being recognized for it. Otherwise the body will interpret leisure time mixed with work as work and tasks mixed with leisure will still be work that leaves one exhausted and stressed and in extreme cases lowers down the body functions that makes one prone to illnesses. Assigning time blocks to each and working it out until the habit is formed is what personal time management all about.
